Watch a Christmas movie
An easy activity for dad and children whilst mama goes to work. I'd much rather have stayed home and watched these:
The big sofa pulled round in front of the tv, freshly popped corn, slices of cake, and sparkly apple juice, mm-mmmm, a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
Today we added a knitted sugarplum to the advent tree.
By bedtime this mama was feeling headachey, tired and sickly so an early night and a completely forgotten blog entry!
